How to get started

Start with whatever your accounting or ERP system can export. As long as the data is present, we can generate a PDK delivery note from it; mapping to the gateway input is on us during onboarding. The formats we already handle are listed under Accepted formats.

How to deliver the file is covered in integration methods. In short:

  • Automation – machine-to-machine file submission through the API gateway. This also covers connecting systems over APIs and webhooks, so the data moves on its own.
  • Semi-automation – file upload through a web form after sign-in.
  • Manual entry – web form for occasional entry without an ERP.

The resulting file is delivered to the recipient for you — as a PDK delivery note, or through the Lekis DL or Lekis XML interface, depending on what their system accepts. In addition to the standard channels — MEDIDATA e-kurýr (also written eKurýr), delivery API gates, shared storage and e-mail — we support recipient-specific solutions on request.

Documents also travel the other way: electronic orders from the customer are converted into your system's format or delivered straight to its API. An invoice can also serve as the source document for a delivery note. If you already run EDI, we take DESADV, INVOIC and ORDERS messages, including the XML profiles of the ORION (GRIT) communicator.
